Natalie directed the feature length documentary Persecution Blues: The Battle for the Tote which premiered at MIFF 2011 and broadcast on ABC TV. Natalie’s directing experience also includes over 35 music videos for Australian and international artists including her vimeo staff pick Dan Deacon's Paddling Ghost.

In 2013 Natalie studied screenwriting at AFTRS where she wrote her award winning short film Bunny New Girl. The film was invited to screen at more than 110 film festivals around the world including Tokyo International Film Festival, NYICFF, TIFF Kids and has won 15 awards including Best Family Film at the San Francisco International Film Festival. Her latest short film Sherbert Rozencrantz, You’re Beautiful premiered at the NYICFF 2018 and screened at TIFF Kids, SFFILM, SIFF, Palm Springs Shortfest and Umbria Film Festival. The film recently won Best Film at the Brooklyn Women's Film Festival 2018.

In 2017 Natalie was a recipient of the ADG TVC director mentorship and subsequently selected by the Sydney based production company Rabbit. She has since started directing TV commercials for major brands like Pizza Hut and has worked on back to back productions with The Monkeys. Natalie has now officially on the Rabbit roster.

Natalie’s strengths as a performance director are casting and performance. She places a huge amount of emphasis on the casting process itself and manages to get the absolute best performance out of the actors she works with.
