Daggar-Nickson began her storytelling career in poetry, playwriting and documentary making. Her first screenplay, DREAM LIFE was produced by MTV Australia. She next moved to New York where she wrote and directed the short film, DEAD HANDS, starring Brady Corbet. Her second short film, THE LIGHT IN THE NIGHT, was awarded the ASF grant. Her first feature film as a writer director, A VIGILANTE stars Olivia Wilde and first premiered in the US at the SXSW 2018 in the Narrative Spotlight section.
