In 2020, Juliet earned the Canadian Screen Award for Best Direction of a Documentary Series for her work on On The Line, a film about the rivalry between the American and Canadian women’s hockey teams. Juliet's debut feature film, Last Woman Standing, a friendship turned rivalry story about two boxers competing for one spot on the first Canadian women’s Olympic boxing team, premiered at Hot Docs in 2013 where it earned a spot on the Top 10 Audience Choice list. In 2014, Juliet won the award for Best Direction at the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival for her work on Last Woman Standing. Juliet’s second film, Inside These Walls, won the award for Best Short Doc at the Crossroads Film Festival and is available on CBC Gem. Juliet started Pencilbox Productions in 2016 to produce and direct her first documentary series, Studios, Lofts & Jam Spaces, a series of ten 26-minute episodes. Each episode follows the creative process of one artist as they work towards a public presentation of their work. Studios, Lofts & Jam Spaces premiered on Videotron in Quebec and across Canada on CBC in 2017. Juliet is based in Montreal, Canada.
