Mercedes Bryce Morgan

Mercedes Bryce Morgan is an award-winning filmmaker who has directed numerous high-profile actors such as Tiffany Haddish, Idina Menzel, Jenifer Lewis, Miranda Cosgrove, Hayley Kiyoko, Billy Porter, and Todrick Hall.   Mercedes has directed episodic series for different studios such as MGM (“Stargate Origins”), Facebook Watch/ Indigenous Media, Snapchat, New Form/ Eko Fullscreen, and Project Greenlight/ Adaptive.  Her narrative music videos have gained attention worldwide. “Happier” (Bastille and Marshmello) was nominated in 2019 for a VMA, was #1 on Youtube the day of its release and currently has more than 400 million views. She was also a director on “Forbidden”, Todrick Hall's feature-length visual album, among dozens of other music videos with various artists (CHVRCHES, Marshmello, etc.).   Mercedes has created commercials for brands such as Walmart, Clorox, Unilever/ Degree, Disney, Solo, Amazon, Red Bull, Apple Music, Beats, Google, and Fujifilm.   She is a queer Los Angeles based filmmaker with a BA in Film and Television Production from USC.
