We are so excited to welcome you to the new Film Fatales Member Portal! Please be sure to complete these important tasks to start taking advantage of all the new capabilities.

All Members

Both Creator and Pro members must complete the following tasks to ensure they have access to the Member Portal and their director profile and/or projects can be featured on our new website.

Member Login

  1. Click on “Login” at the top right of www.FilmFatales.org
  2. Enter the same email that you originally used to join Film Fatales. 
  3. Click Here to reset your password. You will receive an email with more details, and a button to click to verify your email.  You will then be able to login to the Member Portal.
  4. Contact us if you forgot your email or need help.

Update Your Director Profile

  1. Login to the Member Portal.
  2. Hover your mouse over your name in the top right corner
  3. Click on “My Profile” from the dropdown menu
  4. Update any information on the page
    • Upload your headshot (under 1 MB). Your headshot will automatically be cropped to be square aspect ratio
    • Update your bio (2000 characters max)
    • Adjust your Director Identity privacy settings by toggling between “Public/Private” 
    • Include a link to a work sample to be featured on your public profile (optional)
    • Work samples must be public YouTube or Vimeo links with privacy settings “able to embed anywhere.” Click here for more info
  5. Click “Save”

Add a Project to the Streaming Library

Add up to three feature films that you have directed that are available to stream online

  1. Login to the Member Portal.
  2. Click on the “My Projects” tab in the menu bar.
  3. Scroll down and click “Add Streaming Library Project” 
  4. Fill out the required information, including any streaming links
  5. Trailers must be a public YouTube or Vimeo link with privacy settings “able to embed anywhere”. Click here for more info.
  6. Click “Publish”.
  7. View your updated project in the public Streaming Library to see how it looks!

Upgrade to Pro:

We invite you to upgrade to Pro membership to participate in our Parity Pipeline Initiative to receive artist development support, career advancement opportunities and recommendations for funding and distribution for your project.

  1. “Login” to the Member Portal
  2. Click on “Upgrade Membership” in the dropdown menu on the top right

Pro Members

All Pro members must complete the following tasks to ensure their projects are included in the Parity Pipeline.

The Parity Pipeline is a results-driven initiative that connects underrepresented filmmakers directly with key decision-makers who are looking to hire equitably and program inclusively.

We provide a direct pipeline for film festival programmers, production companies, funders, and other film industry allies to discover your directing projects for funding and distribution opportunities.

Pro members are invited to include up to three projects in the Parity Pipeline at any time. Creator members must upgrade to participate.

Add a New Project to Parity Pipeline

  1. Login to the Member Portal.
  2. Click on the “My Projects” tab.
  3. Click “Add Parity Pipeline Project”.
  4. Fill out the required information.
  5. Adjust the privacy settings for each section by choosing “Private” (shared internally with our industry partners only) or “Public” (shared externally on the public-facing website). Please note some information is always private such as feature screener links.
  6. Review the rest of the project information and make updates as needed.
  7. Click “Publish” when you are ready to share your project on the live website.
  8. Search for your project in the public Parity Pipeline Projects Gallery to make sure everything that was set to “Public” looks correct.
