Alexandra Lacey

Alexandra is a British-American writer, producer, and director adept at gaining challenging access to world-exclusive stories. With a background in art direction, her character-led films are distinguished by a sensitive approach and visually ambitious style.

She spent nearly a decade producing and directing at RAW—the award-winning producers behind The ImposterThree Identical Strangers, and Tinder Swindler—where she also was apart of developing a wide range of high-profile documentaries including, The Puppetmaster (NETFLIX) and American Nightmare (NETFLIX). Her recent credits include Anna Nicole Smith: You Don’t Know Me (Netflix), Swamp Kings (NETFLIX) and Inside the Manson Cult: The Lost Tapes (FOX).

Alexandra’s debut feature, The Twister: Caught in the Storm, released this year, quickly became one of Netflix’s top-performing documentaries.
