Jessica Vale

JESSICA VALE is an accomplished director, producer and editor in NYC. Her newest documentary series "The Limits of Dissent" was in the IFP Screen Forward labs for 2018 and is currently in development. Her feature directorial debut was “Small Small Thing: The Olivia Zinnah Story” which opened at The Quad Cinema in NYC to rave reviews from the NY Times and Village Voice. Its worldwide television premiere was on Al Jazeera English. The film won over 12 festival awards and the film was a One World Media Award finalist. Jessica recently produced her first feature narrative The Sounding, a psychological drama starring Harris Yullin (Scarface), Teddy Sears (Flash) and Catherine Eaton. Her work on this film earned her a spot in the Tribeca Film Institute’s Through Her Lens program. She spent 2017 as a producer and editor on Joe Berlinger’s documentary series Wrong Man, which premiered on STARZ.
