Natalie Conneely

Natalie is an Emmy-nominated Bolivian-American filmmaker and global development strategist whose work sits at the intersection of indigenous storytelling, social transformation, and conscious philanthropy. She is the founder of Pachamama Sabia, a social impact production company dedicated to honoring indigenous wisdom traditions and amplifying the stories that inspire global action. Over the course of her career, Natalie's documentary storytelling and impact work has helped raise more than $140 million for global causes, from jaguar conservation in the Amazon to contemplative leadership across 50 countries. As Impact Campaign Producer for the National Geographic film Tigre Gente, an award-winning documentary exposing the illegal jaguar trafficking trade between Bolivia and China, she built a global movement around one of the most urgent conservation and human rights crises of our time. Natalie is currently Director of Development for Frankly Speaking Films. She began her career in production and business development, launching CNN International's $100M Abu Dhabi Production Hub. Natalie currently serves on multiple nonprofit boards advancing impact storytelling, gender equity, indigenous rights, disability empowerment, and reproductive justice.
