Nicole Gomez Fisher

NICOLE GOMEZ FISHER is an award-winning writer, director and producer who is best known for directing films with A-List Latino talent.

Her 2013 feature film “SLEEPING WITH THE FISHES,”—which starred Golden Globe winner Gina Rodriguez and Ana Ortiz—earned Fisher the Best Director Award at the 2014 IMAGEN Awards, founded by legendary television producer, Norman Lear

In 2023, Fisher also directed GOOD EGG, an adventure comedy starring Yara Martinez, Andrea Londo and Tony Winner Priscilla Lopez.

Fisher recently wrapped production on her latest feature “Hurricane Seasons” – a family dramedy that stars Tony Nominee, Justin Machado; superstar comedian, Aida Rodriguez and actor and singer, Carlos Ponce.

Prior to becoming a director, Fisher was a stand-up comic and founding member of “The Hot Tamales Live!”—the Latina comedy tour produced by Eva Longoria and Kiki Melendez. Her acclaimed one-woman show “Mixed” played the New York Underground Comedy Festival.Fisher has also appeared in front of the camera with acting roles on hit shows like "24", "GENERAL HOSPITAL", "EMPIRE," and "FRANKY AND JOHNNY ARE MARRIED."
