Victoria Bell

Victoria U. Bell is an accomplished director, screenwriter, and producer, celebrated for her emotionally resonant storytelling and bold cinematic vision. Originally from Republic of Moldova, she discovered her passion for storytelling at an early age, inspired by her country’s rich cultural heritage and complex history.

Her creative journey began with poetry and short fiction, eventually evolving into screenwriting and filmmaking. Over the years, Victoria has produced, directed, and acted in a wide range of projects—including drama, comedy, horror, and science fiction, demonstrating a versatile and compelling voice in independent cinema.

Her debut feature film, Heir of the Witch—a psychological horror inspired by her own family history—is currently streaming on all major platforms. She is actively developing new projects across multiple genres, continuing to push creative boundaries while telling stories with heart and depth.

Victoria is a dedicated advocate for gender equity in the film industry. She actively supports and mentors emerging female filmmakers and works to create opportunities for women both in front of and behind the camera. Her work reflects a strong commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and authentic representation.

Outside of her filmmaking career, Victoria is deeply involved in causes related to environmental preservation and animal welfare. She has volunteered with and supported organizations focused on wildlife protection, sustainability, and animal rights, causes that remain close to her heart and continue to influence her personal and creative life.
