Not your typical dance band, Vancouver’s QUEER AS FUNK are on a mission to knit up a world divided - one high-energy show at a time.
Meet QUEER AS FUNK. With powerful vocals, tight horn arrangements, and an irresistible rhythm section, this Vancouver-based big band has been turning stages into dance floors and audiences into family for over a decade. But in a world increasingly divided, they are on a mission - to engage thousands more in the revolutionary act of love, connection, and friendship, across difference. What could go wrong? With a dramatic narrative arc, compelling characters, intimate verité, stunning concert footage, and a soundtrack to die for, QUEER AS FUNK will have audiences rooting for the band - and dancing in the aisles.
