The documentary "It's snowy, today." explores the passion of the deaf for music, singing, and dance, and the attempts made to help them experience music like hearing people—which, however, proved unsuccessful. Yet, the deaf continue to connect with music in their own way, using rhythm, movement, and feeling, creating a unique relationship with sound. The film takes viewers on a journey into a world of sounds that cannot be heard, but can be deeply felt.



Mehrana Raadfar

Born in Tehran, she is a graduate of Film Directing from the University of Art, Tehran.

She has directed and produced several short films and documentaries and has been actively involved in various roles within Iranian cinema. She is known for creating works with a creative approach, focusing on social issues and women’s topics.
