Born in Venezuela and raised in the U.S., indie artist Maye’s commitment to her craft (that propelled her to Obama’s Summer Playlist) came from her parents. For award-winning artist and muralist Levi Ponce, his dad’s brushes were his first toys. Restaurateur and Top Chef alum Chef Katsuji Tanabe inherited his Mexican mother's love of spice and his Japanese father's attention to detail. All of them #ViveLoExtraordinario
Nicole G. Leier has directed projects internationally. Most recently, she has directed the feature film - Trapped In The Spotlight - for A&E Networks - 2025. As an independent producer and director, she has produced award-winning films and commercials alike. Nicole's film BLACK CHICKS, which she produced with acclaimed playwright and filmmaker, NEIL LABUTE, competed at the LA Shorts International Film Festival and gained her a prestigious award nominations. Nicole is currently in development for several exciting projects through her production company, Black Tree Pictures. With her passion for storytelling and her penchant for hard work, Nicole is poised to be a strong voice on the directing stage.
