Happy International Women's Day to our wonderful community of allies!
In a film industry where non-binary and/or trans perspectives are vastly underrepresented and women directors of all backgrounds have accounted for less than 5% of the top grossing films over the past 13 years, Film Fatales provides a structure that enables marginalized filmmakers to get their work made and seen. This month, please join us in supporting these efforts by making a contribution to our fundraiser.
As you may already know, Film Fatales has been sustained for almost a decade by the passionate work of scores of volunteers.
Now is the time to build a more sustainable structure as we expand our programs that uplift underrepresented film and television directors, including women, non-binary, trans, and/or genderqueer creators of all ethnicities, orientations, ages, disabilities and historically marginalized backgrounds.

Funds raised will go towards expansion of the Parity Pipeline programming initiative, continuation of our weekly Speaker Series and monthly Member Mixers, the launch of a new mentorship program, and a website redesign as we streamline our efforts to ensure the sustainability and longevity of Film Fatales.
