Film Fatales meet in local groups the first week of every month, hosted by a different filmmaker each time. The meeting begins with introductions and shifts into a moderated discussion topic of the hosts choosing. At the end of the meeting, the moderator asks everyone to say one thing that they are looking for help with in the upcoming month and one way they can offer help. After the meeting, members can approach each other with solutions to each others problems.
In addition to our monthly meetings, Film Fatales supports numerous other collaborative programs and public events. Please see the Programs section for more information.
It generally takes at least three dedicated women to form a local group and twelve members to be fully sustainable. Please drop us a line to let us know you are interested - info@filmfatales.org.
