Amanda Erickson is born for the N'dee (Apache) of the White Water Clan on her father's side. She is a Filmmaker with 15 years of experience as a Director and Producer for ABC, Travel Channel, NatGeoWILD, Discovery, and Hulu. She is a member of Brown Girls Doc Mafia and Array Crew. Her feature documentary, She Cried That Day, was the recipient of the 2021 & 2022 Vision Maker Media Public Fund, as well as a 2022 Investigative Studios Grantee. When she isn't on location, she spends her time giving back to her community as a Teaching Artist for newportFILM and distributing donations through her organization, Just The Small Stuff.
