Clara Aranovich is the daughter of an Argentine physicist and a Chilean market researcher/author, though she was raised in NorCal. She holds a BA from Dartmouth in Literature/Creative Writing and an MFA from USC in Film Production.

Clara is known for her technical and narrative prowess. She loves outdoor rec/sports, cars, dark surrealism, and creamy peanut butter. When not writing or on set, she can usually be found on a mountain somewhere or volunteering.
