Frankie Shaw most recently wrote, directed and starred in the pilot SMILF which she just wrapped production on for Showtime. The pilot is based on her Sundance award winning short which she wrote and directed and which stars herself and Thomas Middleditch. She has also been accepted into the 2017 WGA Showrunner Program. Frankie's second short, TOO LEGIT, starring Zoe Kravitz, Teresa Palmer, Nate Cordry and Lauren Weedman, premiered at Sundance last year and recently aired on MTV. She recently wrapped a supporting role in the feature film STRONGER directed by David Gordon Green and starring Jake Gyllenhaal. Frankie recurred as “Shayla” in the critically acclaimed USA series, MR ROBOT. Additional credits include Netflix's FLAKED, HBO's HELLO LADIES, BLUE MOUNTAIN STATE, THE DISASTER ARTIST, directed by James Franco for New Line, and the independent feature, LULLABY opposite Garrett Hedlund and Amy Adams.
