Kaye Cleave is a Bay Area writer and film maker. Her feature length documentary, Catherine’s Kindergarten, has won numerous awards and screened in film festivals world wide. Kaye has a MFA from the University of San Francisco, a PhD from the University of Adelaide, and was a research scholar at UC Berkeley. For twenty years, she ran her own business as a professional speaker and currently co-leads grief and loss seminars at Laguna Writers in San Francisco. Kaye is a long-time advocate for social justice who believes in the power of story to ignite change and heal the collective spirit.
