KELLY WALKER is an Australian multi-hyphenate award-winning filmmaker. She has had multiple short films find success in Oscar Qualifying film festivals, and in 2018 won the Jury Award for Best Short at Bentonville Film Festival. Next up, Walker was selected for Australian's In Film Writers Lab, which led to her feature directorial debut, My Fiona. My Fiona had its World Premier at London's prestigious BFI Flare and has gone to have an award-winning festival run. In turn, it secured distribution with a limited theatrical run and was released on VOD platforms in November 2021. Walker was selected to talk on BFI Flareās Lesbians In Cinema Panel, a juror in Queer Screen's Pitch Off, and has been a speaker on numerous talkbacks advocating for female filmmakers and diversity behind the lens.
