Ms. Pyzel lives in New York City and has a degree in filmmaking from NYU-SCE; she has worked as a stage manager/sound/lighting tech in various theatrical venues (NY City Center, the Lucille Lortel Theatre, the Kitchen, Dance Theater Workshop...).

Producer/Director/Editor of "SHOOTING STARS" a 57 minute documentary about LIVING with AIDS. Winner of an ‘AWARD of RECOGNITION’ from Impact Docs Awards!

Writer/Director/Editor of the short film, "SHADOW MAN" based on her play. Winner of an 'AWARD of MERIT' from the Best Shorts Competition (2022); 8&HalFilm Awards: 'BEST DIRECTOR' and 'BEST NARRATIVE SHORT' (2022); iWomanTV Festival Selection (2022); Flickfair Selection (2022); A.I.F.
