Canadian Writer/Director Sarah Watts' feature film debut, You Can Live Forever (2022) starring Anwen O'Driscoll, June LaPorte and Liane Balaban, debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival, kicking off a global festival run that included OutFest, Frameline, Melbourne Queer Film Festival and the Palm Springs International Film Festival.

For her work on You Can Live Forever, Watts was nominated (alongside Mark Slutsky) for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in a Feature Film at the 2022 Directors Guild of Canada Awards. Watts was also nominated for the RBC Emerging Canadian Artist Award at CIFF 2022.

Her second feature, also co-written and co-directed with Mark Slutsky, is currently in development with Prospector Films, with development funding from Telefilm Canada.
