Wang Qiong is a Chinese emerging independent documentary filmmaker and cinematographer now based in Philadelphia. Her debut documentary film All About My Sisters was officially selected into the prestigious film festivals including International Film Festival Rotterdam and New York Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival in 2021. Qiong is currently represented by Asian Shadows and dGenerate Films of Icarus Films. Qiong is the finalist of the prestigious Princess Grace Award 2021, the recipient of Artist Relief Fund and the Illuminate the Arts Grant awardee. Awarded Full Teaching Assistant Fellowship, Qiong is completing her MFA in Filmmaking from Temple University. She is the winner of Film and Media Arts Motion Picture Scholarship Award, and the recipient of the Summer Research Grant and Completion Grant provided by her department. Qiong is currently working on her second and third feature length documentaries Little Island and The Last Nail.
